T-Stack

The telecaster bridge pickup, iconic as it is, is a bit noisy as with all single coils. Since the bridge position is also where people typically ramp up the gain, where the hum becomes more significant, we’ve designed our first noiseless single coil pickup to take care of said hum! Due to the deviation from typical single coil construction, it isn’t an exact tonal clone of our vintage options; instead, it takes on a bit of its own tone, with a slight shift in the midrange and a little more compression in the high end. Under gain, it should sound a touch punchier, and firmer than the archetypical telecaster bridge pickup. Do note that because of the way we’ve designed this pickup, it cannot be split like a typical stacked single coil.
