LEAD TIMES
Our standard lead time is around 2-3 weeks, with custom orders requiring a bit more time. Your order's completion date may vary slightly based on its position in our production queue. If you have any questions about your order status or our current turnaround times, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, you can check if your country is eligible for orders by entering your address in a checkout page. If it's not there for any reason, contact us via our email or form and we'll get things sorted.
INSTALLATION AND WIRING
We use Seymour Duncan's color codes for the wiring, so virtually every correctly drawn diagram that uses Seymour Duncan's pickups as reference will be compatible with our pickups as well.
Humbuckers:
- Screw Bobbin - Red and Green Wires (Hot and ground respectively).
- Slug Bobbin - White and Black Wires (Hot and ground respectively).
- Bare silver wire is acting as the ground for the silver baseplate.
- Red and White are usually soldered together to complete the series connection, however we have left them disconnected from each other as different wiring schemes may require them to be separated.
- The polarity is south on the screw coil, and north on the slug coil.
Single Coils:
- White lead is hot, and the Black lead is ground.
- The polarity is south on neck pickups and north on the bridge pickup, however, Stratocasters have their polarity as south, north, south, for neck, middle, and bridge respectively.
CUSTOM SERVICES
You may have also noticed that some of our humbuckers displayed on the catalog use cosmetic options that aren't available as a stock option as custom designing a pickup takes a bit of involvement for both parties. We also make fully custom voiced pickups as well, however, if you wish for us to replicate an existing pickup, try to provide specifications in hand. WHY OUR PICKUPS ARE AFFORDABLE
We keep our pickup prices low by using a combination of domestic and overseas parts, and as a one-person operation, don't have the expenses associated with a large team of employees. Thus, allowing us to focus on crafting high-quality pickups at the most affordable prices possible at the cost of slightly longer lead times. At the end of the day, a pickup is just plastic, metal and magnets, and turning those basic components into something that sounds amazing is the art of pickup making.
SENDING IN A PICKGUARD
If you'd like to use a pickguard that you have on hand for us to install pickups / wiring components into, reach out to us via our contact form and we'll provide more information to proceed! We know that not everyone is working with a Stratocaster, and may have a more specific pickguard shape for their guitar.
NOT SURE WHAT TO GET
We all know this predicament too well. Luckily for you, our catalog's been kept small for that very reason. If the descriptions and demos aren't able to help you make your decision, we'd love to help you out! Just send us a message regarding the context of your situation, from guitar, to music style, to tuning, etc.
ORDER CHANGES
If you would like to make changes to your order that are minimal in nature, such as switching a model of pickup or changing the cosmetics, you have a one week grace period before production begins on your order. Within that time, you can use our contact form to let us know and we'll get back to you shortly.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our pickups and offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects or component issues for the original owner. You can have peace of mind knowing that if any problems occur, we've got you covered.
When it comes to our pre-wired pickguards, we provide a 6-month warranty that protects against defects in components and craftsmanship. You might be wondering why the warranty period differs from our pickups. The reason is that the internal wiring components are subjected to more intense stress and strain during use, making them more susceptible to wear and tear over time.
It's important to note that our warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from incorrect installation and alterations. If you have any doubts or questions about the proper installation of your parts, we're happy to provide support to ensure a smooth installation process.

RETURNS
There is a 21-day return / exchange policy on non-custom pickups that are in "like new" condition and are free of damages and modifications. If you opt to exchange a pickup, the difference in cost will be deducted from your replacement.
