What happens in our workshop isn't special, no secret sauce or magic mojo, but rather the result of countless hours of trial and error, a lot of broken wire, and unhealthy amounts of inhaling solder fumes.     I was on the fence about swapping my #1 to passives since I liked the actives it had, but after the swap I don’t want to go back. These pickups retain the touch-sensitiveness I loved about the actives without the need to adjust my rig, and they play really well with each other out of phase, which isn’t something I thought I’d like. It’s the perfect all-rounder set for lead and rhythm of any genre, which is just what I need since I’m a one-man project.
